When will I receive my order?

Please take note that all YEEFU campaigns are made to order, once the campaign ends then all orders will go into production. Estimated shipping dates will always be stated on the website under the product page. We thank you for your patience and support in Yeefu.

Do I need to have an account to place an order?

YES, you must have a YEEFU account to place an order. There are many perks if you have an YEEFU account including:
  1. Tracking your order (even after it has been shipped!)
  2. Quicker checkout process (Helpful when we release limited edition stuff)
  3. Viewing your order status and order history
  4. Receiving updates on the latest releases and special promotions.

I forgot my password. What should I do ?

Not to worry, all you need to do is click “Forgot your Password?” on the Sign In page and you will receive an email and be redirected to a page to create a new password.

I would like to edit or cancel my order. Can I still do this ?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order once your order is confirmed. As we have processed the order and processed the payment, we cannot reverse this unless it is a fraudulent transaction. However, you can change the address so if you don’t want it for yourself, I’m sure there is someone you know that you can gift it to!

Can I change my shipping address ?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your address once your order has been made. We do not allow change of address to avoid additional charges to you.

In the case where you wrongly key your address you may drop a message on our contact page with your order ID and our Yeefu team will be happy to help you.

I placed an order but I have not received an order confirmation email yet. When will I get it ?

If you have checked out successfully, you would have received an order number and an email confirming your order. If you haven’t received an order confirmation number, it is likely you haven’t placed an order yet. There can sometimes be a delay between this being sent and Yeefu receiving the order, as a guide, please allow up to 24 hours for your orders information to be visible. If you have not received the order confirmation email, please also check your junk folder. Please contact us if you still haven’t received the confirmation email after 24 hours and check on your order for you.

What’s the status of my order ?

To see the exact status of your order, login to Yeefu website which will take you to “my order” page and you will be able to see the order status.

Confirm Your order is confirmed! You may change your shipping address but you cannot cancel your order.

I did not receive my order, what should I do ?

Let’s go through the steps below to see what happened.
  1. Ensure that the current date is after the stated campaign delivery date.
  2. Ensure that the shipping address you have provided is 100% correct.
  3. Check if you have received any email/text from our courier on your delivery parcel.
  4. After 30 days from the campaign delivery date, if the parcel is deemed lost due to the fault of our delivery or packing team, we will assist with a refund or replacement (if available).
  5. Contact us to explain the issue and follow the necessary steps to resolve this matter.

I just received my order and some items are defective. What should I do ?

We are sorry! Let’s find out what went wrong. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Defective Product Process:
  1. Double check your order via your customer login portal.
  2. Check the artwork, size measurements and identify the area where the product is defective.
  3. Check that the defect is not within our stated defective tolerance.
  4. Take a picture of the defective area along with a simple explanation of why it is defective.
  5. Contact us explaining the issue and follow the necessary steps to resolve this matter.

I just received my order and some items are incorrect. What should I do ?

We are sorry! Let’s find out what went wrong. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Incorrect Size, Product, and/or Quantity Process:
  1. Double check your order via your customer login portal.
  2. Take a picture of the size label and product.
  3. Contact us to explain the issue and follow the necessary steps to resolve this matter. We’ll try our best to have everything resolved as soon as possible.

My order hasn’t shipped yet, can I add another item to it ?

Unfortunately, your order cannot be combined once confirmed. You will need to place a new order for your additional items.

The color looks different from the website ?

We understand! Colour of products may vary due to studio lighting used and your screen display brightness. Please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter.

What happens if my item is damaged after washing?

We are sad to hear this. Unfortunately, YEEFU is not responsible for damage incurred by washing or natural wear and tear. To best preserve the quality of your YEEFU apparel, we recommend washing it on a cold cycle, inside out, and without tumble drying. Cool iron on reverse side when needed. By saving energy and protecting the environment, you can give your garments the longest life possible. Also refer to the care labels for detailed instructions.

Where do you manufacture your products ?

We have various manufacturing partners who carefully develop, manufacture, produce and pack all our YEEFU products. We work on a sustainable long term partnership with all of them and require all of them to comply with our requirements on::
  1. Fair and Safe Workplace Conditions and Environment.
  2. Continuous Adoption of Ethical and Sustainable Best Practices.
  3. Specific Quality Standards, Quality Controls and Operational Excellence based on YEEFU’s requirements.

What countries do you ship to ?

Currently, we ship to 14 countries. We are sorry if we couldn’t ship to your country at the moment, we are working hard to ship to more countries in the near future.

How much does it cost to ship to my country ?

Shipping costs for your order are always displayed in the order breakdown on the checkout page. Your shipping price depends on multiple criteria, including your shipping address, shipping method and the number of items in your order.

Do I need to pay for duty/tax fees ?

All import tax and duty fees are including in the shipping cost to ensure smooth delivery. If you are charged any duty/tax fees for your order, please contact us.

How will my order be shipped ?

Your order will be shipped by one of our trusted logistics partners whom we work closely with to optimise delivery cost and faster delivery times.

Customs is asking me for more information. What should I do ?

We try our best to work with the customs offices and our logistics partner to ensure they don’t contact you however, customs in your local country may require more information of the receiver before allow it to clear customs. Please check with your local customs on the additional requirements. If you are having trouble, send us a message and we will do our best to assist you.

What happens if the item was “Returned to Sender” ?

If your order has been deemed undeliverable by the post and returned back to us, we need to check if the address provided is incorrect. If the address provided is invalid or undeliverable, we will request for you to pay for shipping charges to ship to the new address.

What methods of payment do you accept ?

We accept all major Credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.

When will my card be charged ?

Your card will be charged immediately after you have successfully checked out and confirmed your order.

Will I be charged any additional fees ?

We'll only charge the total amount shown in your shopping cart (in USD/MYR). However, keep in mind that there may be foreign transaction fees depending on your bank's policies. Make sure to check your bank's transaction fee policies as you'll be responsible for these fees.

My card was charged, but I don't think my order went through. What should I do ?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide us the order date and time, order value, and payment method. We'll be able to resolve the issue once we have this info.

How do I return an item ?

For confirmed orders, we are sorry to let you know all the Yeefu products are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. In case of incorrect, missing or defective issues, please contact us.

When will I get my refund ?

We will provide refunds within (2) two business days after our team validates your complaint. The refund may take additional processing time depending on your payment method and bank. If applicable, any refund for your order will be processed back to your original form of payment for this order.

Will I be charged any additional fees ?

Are your products authentic ?

All of our merchandise are designed, developed and produced with great care and love. All our merchandise go through strict quality control and is 100% authentic. We hope you enjoy the product as much as we enjoy making it, however, if you have feedback, we always want to improve! Please contact us.

Do you restock any of your products ?

YEEFU is a print-on-demand e-commerce platform. We aim to reduce wastage from overproduction so we don’t keep additional stock. For most of our campaigns, they are one-off collections which may never be produced again. We believe that you only live once so live it well!

What is a Do It Yourself package?

The Do It Yourself package is a starter kit to launch your store successfully. It includes all-access features to all the tools and materials you need.

What do I get in the Do It Yourself package?

The Do It Yourself package will include a ‘Creator Ebook’ that is inclusive of our take on how to write a compelling story, how to raise awareness for your campaign, design ideas, how to market your product successfully and proven effective case studies.

Are there any upfront costs for ‘Do It Yourself’?

No. Once you have created an account with Yeefu, you will be granted access to our Creator Ebook that has all the exclusive features we listed to help you kickstart your new online business.

What kind of products can I launch with?

You can launch any of the products Yeefu is offering. Please refer to the Creator Ebook for the products available.

How many products can I launch per campaign?

You can launch up to 3 products per campaign.

Are there any minimum requirements to be sold (MOQ)?

Yes, for every product you would like to launch there will be a 50 piece MOQ.

What happens if I don’t meet the MOQ?

If your campaign did not hit 50 pieces per item, your campaign production will be put on hold. You will need to pay for the shortage at cost minus your profit after the campaign ends. The orders will be printed regardless of your goal being reached and your earnings will not be affected if your goal is not met.

What is an Expert Guidance package?

The Expert Guidance package includes full handholding support from our Experts, we will guide you through creating your product, story, promotion and advertising! Our goal is to help as many people as we can to launch their first business successfully!

What do I get in the Expert Guidance package?

Once you successfully purchased the package, we will have a 60 minutes LIVE consultation with you that covers all the items that we’ve listed for the package.

Can I split the Expert Guidance package into smaller sessions?

No. The 60 minutes consultation period cannot be split into smaller sessions as we have limited slots.

I purchased the Expert Guidance package, can I use it for other platforms?

No. The materials and consultation service are exclusively curated for Yeefu.store, once applied we will be setting up a Yeefu campaign for you. However, you may apply the knowledge you have learnt from this experience for your future projects.

Are there any upfront costs?

Yes, if you would like us to help set up your business online, a one-time setup fee of RM500 is required before proceeding. Once successfully purchased, we will have a 60 minutes consultation session to guide you through the entire process!

1. GETTING STARTED

How can I start selling on Yeefu ?

If you would like to start selling on Yeefu, you only have to create an account with us. Simply visit our sign-up page. Once you have signed up successfully, you will be able to proceed to the next step right away!

2. CREATING YOUR DESIGNS

How can I create designs on ?

You can create your mockup by uploading an existing design using our “Mockup Configurator”. The image size should be within the printable area. Just a tip, the uploaded artwork should be positioned appropriately to ensure the design is printed out nicely.

What types of images can I use for my design? What are the image requirements ?

You can upload your artwork in SVG, PNG and JPEG format. If you would like the design over the whole printable area, we highly recommend uploading a high-resolution image in either scalable vector format (SVG) or an image with minimum resolution of 300 DPI or 2400 by 3300 Pixels. The supported image size is unlimited but best to make it less than 50 MB to ensure a smooth upload.

How do I know my design is good to print ?

There are many factors you should consider before submitting a design for print, including your image’s resolution, color choice, or use of a transparent background. If you’re unsure about your artwork, you may contact us and we’ll be happy to advise. In addition, to ensure the products are ready to produce, Yeefu team are going to review your products before you want to launch a campaign to make sure your product is good to print.

Can Yeefu help out with the design of my product ?

Need design help? We got you! Yeefu also offers design service for our Creators. You may refer to the table below for more info on the packages we have. If you would like to request our design service you may click here.

3. LAUNCHING A CAMPAIGN

How long can my campaign run ?

Yeefu offers three options of campaign duration, which are 5 days, 7 days and 10 days. If you would like the orders shipped in time for an event or a holiday, please make sure you allow sufficient time for production and delivery.

Can I order samples ?

Yes! To request for samples, simply place an order for your items once your campaign is created. You are required to pay an upfront payment in order to proceed which includes the price of the sample and shipping fee. The margin will be returned back to you upon your payout, you will end up paying at production price and shipping.

How many products can be sold in one campaign ?

Currently, each campaign can only contain TWO products.

How much does printing cost? Will it cost more to print more colors ?

The cost of basic printing is included in the production price of each design. This is always quoted when you’re creating your campaign. For apparel products, we charge rates based on a 5 color count. If the color count exceeds 5 colors we will review and advise you accordingly. A different rate for add-on prints is also reflected in the production price. Whereas, for head gears, production prices are inclusive of basic printing. Add-on prints will also be recalculated accordingly.

How much will I earn? How should I set up pricing for my products ?

It’s completely up to you what prices you set up for your products, as long as the final price is higher than the quoted production price. Everything above this base price will be your profit. It’s good practice to set affordable prices in order to attract buyers.

Do I need to set a sales goal for my campaign ?

Yes, there is a minimum sales volume of fifty(50) units per item for each Campaign. Setting a sales goal is especially useful when you’re aiming to raise funds for a cause or charity.

What happens if I do not reach my goal ?

If your campaign did not hit 50pcs per item, your campaign production will be put on hold. You will need to pay for the shortage at cost minus off your profit after the campaign ends. The orders will be printed regardless of your goal being reached and your earnings will not be affected if your goal is not met.

4. FULFILLMENT

What printing methods do you use for your apparel ?

We offer different printing methods for different products, you can check the printing method on the product page respectively.

How long does the production take ?

Fulfillment time design_packageends on the campaign duration you choose. Shorter campaign periods and volume (50 to 299 pcs) usually produce within 1 to 5 working days and will ship within 10 working days after your campaign ends. Orders in higher volume (more than 300 pcs) campaigns will produce within 5 to 10 working days and ship between 21 to 30 working days after your campaign ends.

Do you ship internationally ?

Yes, we ship to 14 countries. If your location is not among the listed countries, we truly apologise. We are doing our best to increase our shipping coverage that enables us to ship to more countries in the near future.

What shipping methods do you use ?

Our order will be shipped by one of our trusted logistics partners whom we work closely with to optimise delivery cost and faster delivery times.

How long does shipping take? Do you offer expedited shipping ?

Shipping normally takes between 5 to 14 days depending on your location. Shipments to some regions may take up to more than 14 days to arrive due to customs regulations in the destination country. Despite this, the YEEFU team will do our best to get the parcel to the customers as quickly as possible. At the moment, we do not offer expedited shipping.

5. CUSTOMER SERVICE

Who handles the customer service once my campaign launches ?

Customer service for your buyers is provided by our highly trained in-house support team.

What is your return and exchange policy ?

As yeefu campaign is a pre-order model, we only produce merchandise based on the total pre-order quantity in order to avoid wastage. Hence all orders are final, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
However, should there be an issue that is deemed to be defective or wrongly ordered you may refer to our Store policy here for further clarification.

6. CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

Can I edit my campaign after it is launched? Can I add or remove products from my campaign ?

Once your campaign is up and running, you can only edit the title, description and add/remove content, but you can’t edit the design, pricing, campaign duration, or add or remove products.

Can I give discounts for the products I created? How do I use promo codes ?

Currently we don’t provide any promotion features yet, but we are working very hard to provide advanced service to creators in the near future.

Can I edit the URL of my campaign or use it for a new one ?

Each campaign has a unique URL which cannot be edited or re-used in a new campaign.

What’s the difference between different campaign statuses ?

Here is the explanation of campaign status:

7. PROMOTING AND ADVERTISING

How do I promote my campaign ?

While most Creators use their social media pages and paid advertising, it’s completely up to you how you decide to promote your campaigns. We do our best to make your campaign visible on the site, but we cannot actively market your designs.

Can you feature my campaign on your homepage? Why does my campaign not appear in categories on your website ?

We only feature the most popular and best selling campaigns on our homepage and in our categories.

I used the search box on your website but my campaign did not appear. What happened ?

Due to the high number of campaigns running on our platform, we currently only list campaigns which have sold at least 50 items.

Can I contact my buyers? Can I see who placed orders for my products?

To protect privacy, we cannot disclose customers’ personal information and contact details. We’re sorry for the inconvenience!.

8. PAYOUTS

When and how will I receive my earnings?

You can request a payout of your profits in the Payouts section of your dashboard if you reach the payment threshold of USD25/MYR100. Currently, we offer payouts via PayPal and bank Transfer within Malaysia. Profit from your campaigns will be available for withdrawal 7 days after your campaign ends. Once you request a transfer of your earnings, the payout will be processed in the next 7 days.

Are there any tax or import issues I should be aware of? Do I have to pay taxes on my earnings?

Depending on your tax domicile, you may be required to pay income taxes on any profit you make from Yeefu campaigns. It is your responsibility to report your earnings from Yeefu campaigns as required by law. You are not responsible for import or export duties on orders in your Yeefu campaigns.

9. YEEFU REFERRAL PROGRAM

How do I participate in the Yeefu Referral Program?

Any Creator that has launched at least one campaign with Yeefu is entitled to participate in the Program.

Why should I participate in the Yeefu Referral Program?

Yeefu welcomes our creators to be an advocate for Yeefu as we believe everyone has the power to influence and inspire others. By doing so, we will reward you for every successful referral.

I didn’t receive any referral code - what do I do?

Your personal referral code will be made available after you have launched your own campaign with Yeefu. Once eligible, we will contact you with your personal referral code and the necessary steps.

How do I redeem my referral reward?

Upon successful referrals, you may request to redeem your reward at customersupport@yeefu.store and we will process your redemption request accordingly.

Why was my redemption request rejected?

Your request may be rejected due to factors that do not meet the reward criterias. For further clarification, you may refer to the terms of Yeefu Referral Program here.

How will I receive my reward?

Your reward will be credited to your bank account via online transfer.

Why haven’t I received my reward yet?

Upon successful request for redemption, please allow up to 15 business days for the reward to reflect in your account.

10. OTHERS

I cannot access my account. How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password but already have an account, simply enter your email address in the Reset Password form. You will receive an email with instructions on how to set a new password within a few minutes.

How much does it cost to use Yeefu?

Nothing! Using Yeefu is completely free if you don’t request additional service or hit the minimum requirement :) When your buyers make a purchase, their payment covers production costs and shipping for their order. You receive your profit margin from each item based on the sale price you set up when creating your campaign.

I’m an international seller – can I still use Yeefu?

Yes, you can use Yeefu from any country in the world. Payouts are available via PayPal, giving you easy and efficient access to your campaign profits from all supported countries.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

What is intellectual property and how does it affect a Yeefu campaign?

Intellectual property rights protect individuals from the unauthorized use of original content by others. We do not want your campaign to be jeopardized in any way, so please ensure the material you use for a campaign is your own or that you have documented permission to use material from others. Yeefu does not endorse the use of stolen material, and will immediately take down any campaign that infringes on Intellectual Property rights.

What are some examples of protected material?

You may face infringement charges if you use protected material which includes, but is not limited to: logos, images associated with companies, sports teams, brands, music labels, television shows, and films.

How can I protect something I created?

We suggest filing for Intellectual Property protection, including copyright or trademarks that can protect your material or content.

If I am inspired by someone else’s design, can I use it?

You can use someone else’s design if you have documented permission from the owner to use that design. Alternatively, you can create your own design, but it cannot be substantially or misleadingly similar to other copyrighted or trademarked designs. Duplicating or copying another design may result in an infringement case against you, the termination of your campaign, and a suspension of your Yeefu account.

How do I report a Trademark infringement?

Please contact us. However, please note Yeefu is not in a position to adjudicate disputes. In cases of alleged infringement, we may take down campaigns at our discretion and refund all orders in those campaigns.

1. PAYOUT POLICY

Your earnings will be available for withdrawal 7 days after the campaign ends once you reach the payout threshold. Your withdrawal request will be processed within 3-5 working days, and it may take additional processing time depending on your payment method or bank. Please see estimated process times for payout below.

Currency

For purchases in Malaysia of your campaign (via the Malaysia site) we charge in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), and for international purchases of your campaign are calculated in USD. So actually your earnings will be in MYR and USD, but when you request to withdraw your earnings, you can only choose to withdraw your earnings in one currency, MYR or USD. The exchange rate as follow:

Withdraw your earnings in MYR, your earning in USD will be converted to MYR at the conversion rate of:
1 USD to MYR = 3.9 Malaysian Ringgit
Withdraw your earning in USD, your earning in MYR will be converted to USD at the conversion rate of:
1 MYR to USD= 1/X (X > 3.9) US dollars

Threshold

Transaction fees for small payments have increased over the years, so there is a MYR100 or USD25 payment threshold when you request to withdraw your earnings. We thank you for understanding and continuing to be a part of our amazing creator community.

2. CREATOR ENDORSEMENT AGREEMENT

3. SAMPLING

Yeefu is happy to offer sample service to help creators generate more beautiful content for their meaningful campaigns.

Sample deposit

A deposit of RM500 or USD125 is required in order to request for Samples. The deposit will then be refunded with the payout once creators launch a campaign and have hit the 50pcs sales threshold. You will end up paying the production cost and shipping.

Lead time

Your sample order will be shipped within 9 working days after you place the orders. The delivery time will depend on your location, normally it will take 5 to 14 days.

Order Tracking

You can track your sample order through “My Sample” in your dashboard once your sample order has been shipped.

Self Pick-up

Self-pick up of samples is also available. Please contact us to arrange your self pickup and you may collect at this location:

4. YEEFU REFERRAL PROGRAM

Yeefu is happy to offer sample service to help creators generate more beautiful content for their meaningful campaigns.

Introduction

  1. By participating in the Yeefu Referral Program (the “Program”), either as a Referrer or an Invitee (as defined in section 4), you are accepting these terms and conditions (the "Terms") and agreeing to the Promoter contacting you about the Program via email or text messages.
  2. You must be a Yeefu Creator to participate in the Program.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to stop you from entering this Program if you are enrolled or have participated in another platform.

Program Period

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to end the Program. The Promoter will send you a notification if the Program ends.

Referral Rewards

  1. A “Referral Reward” consists of a RM 200 credit. See sections 6 on how to redeem a Referral Reward.
  2. Referral Rewards are non-transferable, non-negotiable.

Referrer and Invitee Eligibility

  1. Referrers. “Referrers” are those who: (i) are a Yeefu creator (ii) have launched a campaign before (iii) provide their Code (as defined in section 5) to Invitees during the Program Period.
  2. Invitees. “Invitees” are unique users who: (i) never registered as a Yeefu creator before; (ii) never launched a Yeefu campaign before (iii) have not already received a Referral Reward.

The Program

  1. Referrers. Subject to these Terms:

    Each Yeefu Creator who has launched a campaign in Yeefu will be provided with a unique referral code (a “Code”), which they can share with Invitees. Referrers must share their Code with Invitees during the Program Period, after which the Code will no longer work. If an Invitee correctly follows the steps set out in section 5(b), both the Invitee and their Referrer will receive a Referral Reward (RM200 credit).

    Referrers will only receive a Referral Reward if invitees have launched at least one campaign using Yeefu platform.
  2. Invitees. Subject to these Terms:

    Upon receiving a Code from the Referrer, the Invitee must register as a Yeefu creator using the referral code and launch a campaign on Yeefu within 7 days during the Program Period to be eligible for the Referral Reward. The eligibility period is the 7 days period after registering as a Yeefu creator.

    If a Code is incorrectly applied or is applied outside the eligibility period, neither the Invitee nor their Referrer will receive a Referral Reward.

    After an Invitee has correctly applied a Code, and subsequently launched a campaign on Yeefu within 7 days, both the Invitee and their Referrer will receive a Referral Reward.

Redemption/Delivery of Referral Rewards

  1. If you are eligible for a Referral Reward, you will receive a notification via Email.
  2. Referrers will receive their Referral Reward once the Promoter has performed necessary risk and abuse checks in 15 business days.
  3. Referral Reward of RM200 cash would be transferred to Referrers' and Invitees' account via bank transfer.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel any Referral Reward without notice if it believes you have engaged in any fraud or have abused the Program.

5. ACCEPTABLE CONTENT GUIDELINES

Yeefu is happy to empower anyone with designs and the drive to launch a meaningful merchandise campaign, wherever they're located.

We want submitted content to be respectful of others and of the law, so keep that in mind before you hit the launch button of your campaign. Content that is hateful, illegal, and/or that violates intellectual property rights may be reviewed and removed at any time.

Intellectual Property Rights

Yeefu respects your work and empowers you to express your voice and ideas. We ask that you respect the work and creative rights of others. You need to either own the content you submit to Yeefu, or have the rights to use, display, and resell it. Content must comply with the right of publicity, trademark, and copyright laws.

Illegal Content

We will remove content that depicts child pornography. Obscene content, or content that depicts or promotes illegal activity may be removed. You also have to follow your local laws and those of the regions you're shipping orders to. It's your responsibility to understand what you legally can and can't create for your campaign.

Hateful Content

Yeefu is proud to serve customers from around the world. We value tolerance, understanding, and respect. We don't tolerate content that expresses hatred towards any person or group. You cannot upload this sort of content – it's just not in the spirit of Yeefu.
