YEEFU believes in building a business on sustainable practices. One of these sustainable practices is to only produce merchandise based on the total pre-order quantity in order to avoid wastage. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days from the stated campaign delivery date. Any dispute later than 7 days will not be eligible for a return or refund.
We usually categorise issues into three areas:
  1. You did not receive your order.
  2. You have received the wrong size, item and/or quantity.
  3. You have received a defective item.
In most cases, if there is an issue related to the categories mentioned above, we will do our best to resolve it. However, we want to ensure that all claims are fair and reasonable so we will resolve each case within our stated terms and conditions which is followed by general e-commerce standards. Upon dispute, YEEFU reserves the right to make the final decision on all return or refund cases.

PAYMENT POLICY

All payments are calculated in MYR for both local and international purchases and are based on the current exchange rate of the transaction date between your bank and payment gateway. There may be additional fees attached to international transactions which your bank may charge as well. For purchases made in Malaysia there may be additional fees attached to MYR transactions which your bank may charge based on payment methods and credit card charges.

Credit/ Debit Card

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA and Mastercard.

Online Bank Transfer (FPX)

We accept online bank transfer via FPX Gateway.

Foreign Transaction Fees

Foreign transaction fees may be charged once your payment transaction has been settled. The fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to request and obtain credit card information from customers to verify online payment security. If the customer does not provide this information or if any transactions are found to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the order as well as the customer's account. The requested information will be strictly confidential and used only for verification purposes.

Refunds

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment and may take additional processing time depending on your payment method and bank. Please see estimated process times for refunds below.

For manual refunds, all consumers will be asked to provide their personal details as such (Full name, IC/Passport No, Bank Name & Bank Account No.) to proceed. Please note that if the details requested are insufficient, the request will not be processed. In finance banking regulations, the details have to be given in full to prevent any financial fraud. We will ensure all claims are fair and reasonable and we resolve each case within our stated terms and conditions which follow general e-commerce standards. Upon dispute, YEEFU reserves the right to make the final decision on all return or refund cases.
